Product Returns

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on unopened kits and pre-built hardware purchases. Returned purchases must be in new condition with all accessories, documentation, and packaging.  Before returning something, contact us to get a return authorization (see below). We cannot refund shipping charges and all returns should be shipped to us freight-prepaid.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Customers must request an RMA from our sales department by emailing our support team or by calling us at (403) 770-1563. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns arriving without a valid RMA will be refused.
